Mardenkro is developer and manufacturer of functional coatings for the horticultural and sport market. With our ReduSystems coatings we assist greenhouse growers in over 60 countries all over the world in controlling sunlight and solar heat to optimally control the climatic conditions in the greenhouses. With her different line marking paints Mardenkro supports greenkeepers to make the best lines on pitches for soccer, rugby and American Football. Mardenkro has branches in Canada, China and Japan and a worldwide distribution network.
To expand her market in North America we are looking for:

Your role
In this challenging position, you are responsible for generating sales through developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, (key-)customers, consultants and other stakeholders. You exploit all sales opportunities within regional area and implement area plans. You will have close contact with the Canadian branch, Mardenkro North America Ltd. The geographical scope of the job will be focused on the United States, Mexico and South-America. You will report to the Managing Director in Canada and the Sales Manager in the Netherlands.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
•Make accepted sales actionplans for the Americas based on Mardenkro’s formulated strategic goals and
market approaches.
•Build up and maintain good and effective relations with current and future customers, distributors and
important influencers.
•Update the CRM system continuously with relevant market information and developments in this area.
•Set up sales plans for dealers and support them to achieve their goals.
•Assist the Marketing department with communication implementation for this area and participate in

•Report progress on the main areas of responsibility regularly and discuss potential threats, opportunities
and corrective actions in regular meetings with the Managing director North America and Sales Manager
in the Netherlands.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (B2B sales)
•Bachelor degree in commercial business economy or similar
•A background in professional horticulture will be highly appreciated
•Person with strong commercial attitude
•Dynamic and versatile person that shows initiative, proactivity and independence
•Eager to achieve commercial goals and create a business strategy
•Living in United States or Mexico and willing to travel regularly to North, Middle and South-America
•Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint required) and CRM systems
