For developing its irrigation activities we are looking for a talented:

Job description
You will be responsible for developing the business of customized irrigation solutions in In Germany, Poland and Central Europe. In order to succeed, you build an intensive relationship with the existing distributors/installers network of NaandanJain and support them. Furthermore you search for new opportunities and cope with the complexity of this business. You work closely together with your international sales colleagues, product management, marketing and logistic department. You have a good understanding of the irrigation solutions for different soils and crops under alternating circumstances. Specific tasks:
•Your activity consists in sales, marketing (training, seminars, exhibition, etc) and technical support
(technical recommendations, products development, etc).
•Understand fertigation & irrigation requirements and demands in specific region and anticipate with high
quality solutions from the NaandanJain portfolio
•Give feedback about the irrigation standards in specific regions.
•Apply and supplement the businessplan of the company to achieve ambitious targets
•Provide effective information to large end users to support our products to create highest customer
•Seek new markets in either new users and or new product opportunities to expand the business

Job requirements
•You have a Bsc in Agriculture, Horticulture or Agro Engineering
•You are a highly motivated and skilled technical agronomist (5-7 years working experience) in a
commercial environment with hands-on mentality
•You have strong analytical and communicative skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
•You are self-starter, flexible, autonomous, dynamic, pragmatic and have the ability to handle stressful
•You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German, other languages such a
Polish are a pre
•You have Field irrigation advisory or extension service experience, at least partly in a business
•Willingness to travel frequently in your territory
