Over 75% of the fresh produce Madrin is handling comes directly from their own groves – groves which they planted, managed, picked and packaged. The Mehadrin Group owns 50% of STM Agricultural Export Ltd., an acknowledge industry leader in the export of vegetables like cherry tomatoes, peppers and radish, and 50% of Shoam packing house, which specializes in exports of Mango.
Over the years, Mehadrin has pioneered the development of a quality assurance system in which every step of the production process -from planting through to end consumer- is monitored and documented. The meticulous system enables Mehadrin to track all consignments back to individual plots and growers. Mahindra’s concept of quality comprises of: environmentally friendly practices, stringent quality assurance measures, social awareness and continuous improvement through research and innovation.

Tasks:

Within the organization your focus will be:
• sale of the Mehadrin product range
• maintaining and strengthening existing relationships
• focus on the German and Scandinavian retail markets
• analysing the market to find commercial opportunities
• relationship management
• Acquisition new prospects
• Achieving the set targets

Profile:

The future Mehadrin colleague must be in the possession of  the following:
• a bachelor or master degree
• experience in a similar position
• a commercial mentality
• affinity with fruit & vegetables
• good command of the Dutch and English language. German language is an advantage
• collegiate, team player
• open minded
• communicative skills
• you are proactive, result-oriented, social, flexible
• feels comfortable in an international working environment
