Your Role
As the Key Account Manager for the Netherlands, you will be the face of UPL Benelux for their our Dutch customers (distributors) and partners. You build and maintain long-term relationships, translate market insights into opportunities, and ensure that their solutions deliver maximum value.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio in The Netherlands.
- Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues from Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, and the management team.
- Plan and budget in coordination with our production sites in Europe and India.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
Your Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO-level) in a commercial and/or agricultural field.
- At least 7 years of experience in account management or technical consulting within the agribusiness or crop protection sector.
- Strong communication skills and strategic insight.
- Solid analytical abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
